Technical Bulletin for 2012-13

Thanks to a lot of hard work by our members, the Technical Committee and our Manager of Sport Programs, Sarah Leslie, we now have a Technical Bulletin ready for the 2012-13 season. This document represents many hours of work by many dedicated volunteers throughout several meetings, conference calls and feedback from clubs.   

We expect that there will be a lot of questions and we have tried to anticipate them by creating a frequently asked questions document.  Hopefully this answers everything you might want to ask, but we encourage you to send any that we didn’t cover to Sarah at sportmanager@ontariospeedskating.ca.

With the feedback and questions sent to Sarah we will create a document to provide an even better understanding for skaters, coaches and parents.  We will post this the week of August 7th.

Lastly, we have the competitions calendar prepared for you as well. You can view it in PDF format or excel format.

After some feedback and a few questions from clubs and skaters we have a few minor tweaks to make to the technical bulletin and supporting documents.  There have also been a couple of small adjustments made to the competitions calendar.  Over the weekend we will make these changes and post the documents next week.
