RBC Training Ground is designed to help National Sport Organizations uncover athletes with Olympic podium potential, in sports they may not have considered. Athletes between the ages of 14 and 25 will execute a series of workouts measuring speed, power, strength, and endurance in front of coaches and officials from sport organizations including Cycling Canada, Rugby Canada, Athletics Canada, Canoe Kayak Canada, Rowing Canada, Bobsleigh Skeleton Canada, Alpine Canada, Judo Canada, Triathlon Canada and Water Polo Canada.

• Toronto at Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport (UofT) – Saturday, August 26
• Milton at Mattamy National Cycling Centre – Saturday, September 9
• St. Catharines at Brock University – Saturday, September 16
• Kingston at Queen’s University – Saturday, September 30

RBC Training Ground Regional Final
• Toronto at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre – Saturday, October 14
