Speed Skating Ontario (SSO) is the governing body for the sport of speed skating in Ontario. We provide services to our member clubs and athletes through training, coaching and officiating programs as well as the delivery of meaningful competitions in the province of Ontario.

 

We are committed to the development of speed skating at both the recreational and competitive level, and promoting speed skating as a lifetime activity.
